How accurate is the AI Health Analysis?
Our AI provides general guidance based on visible symptoms and your description. It's designed to help you understand when to watch, when to visit the vet, and when it might be an emergency. Always consult a professional veterinarian for medical concerns.
What's included in Premium?
Premium subscribers get unlimited pets (Free: 1 pet), full analysis history, all training modules unlocked, Voice Translator access, and priority support.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel your subscription.
The app isn't sending notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled in your iPhone Settings > Pets Care Pro > Notifications. Also check that you've allowed notifications in the app settings.
Can I use the app offline?
Yes! Most features work offline including pet profiles, calendar, tips, and trainer. AI Health Analysis requires an internet connection.
Troubleshooting
- App crashes or freezes: Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, reinstall the app (your data will be preserved if you don't delete it manually).
- AI Analysis not working: Check your internet connection. The AI feature requires an active connection to process your request.
- Photos not loading: Make sure you've granted the app permission to access your Photo Library in Settings > Pets Care Pro > Photos.
- Premium features locked: Restore your purchase by going to Profile > Subscription and tapping "Restore Purchases".
